Details on GETTING UNSTUCK

Part 1: Gratitude & story medicine
Part 2: Release limiting beliefs
Part 3: Define your purpose
Part 4: Envisioning the future
Part 5: Baby steps to what’s next

Here's the thing. You had to get to this place. You had to experience everything you did, you had to learn all the hard lessons, what it feels like to be in a job that doesn't challenge you anymore. You had to do all of those things because they were the critical parts of your journey that have brought you to where you are now.

Now, you're ready for your next experience, you're just not sure what exactly that next experience is going to be. You feel anxious, uncertain, scared, maybe even paralyzed by how to move forward.

But here’s another way to look at that. You get to make a shift into something completely new. You get to reinvent yourself. And how lucky are we that we get so many opportunities to start over? Hasn’t every beginning led to a beautiful journey?

So, how to get from where you are to where you want to be. That’s what this workshop is all about it.

PART 1: You’ll give yourself some love for all that you have already accomplished. You’ll look at all the ways in which you've grown, learned, contributed greatly. You’ll share, you’ll give gratitude, you’ll honor the foundations you’ve built for yourself.

PART 2: You’ll release and let go of the limiting beliefs that are not serving you. For example, you’ll learn to replace, "I don't have the skills and qualifications to get the jobs I want." with, "I have everything I need right now and if there's a new skill I want or need, I know how to learn it easily." You do have all you need. YOU DO!

PART 3: You’ll define your purpose - why you’re here, what lights your soul on fire, what matters most to you - so that you can create a framework for how to make decisions that are right for you. You’ll have your north star (your purpose statement) so that no matter what, you can confidently know if you’re moving closer to fulfilling your purpose and you can begin to feel more grounded, more inspired, and more confident, even if you don’t have all the answers yet.

PART 4: You’ll spend some time dreaming. Truly, you get to have whatever you want next. Financially, you'll figure it out. The "how" will present itself later. So now, envision, envision, envision and envision BIG. What do you REALLY want? What does it look like when you're there? Who is around you? What will it feel like to get there?

PART 5: You’ll make a plan for how you'll take baby steps towards that. Maybe that will mean having conversations with people about jobs you're interested in (or who have started their own business). Maybe it’s googling companies and people who are doing cool shit. Whatever your steps are, you’ll get ready to open yourself up to what's possible and just move one step at a time in that direction, trusting that it will lead you to what you want.
